Edwardian Sleeveless Blouse – Delicate Embroidery & Lace Trim
Step into the elegance of the Edwardian era with this stunning sleeveless blouse, likely once a piece of fine lingerie but now a perfect summer top. Made of crisp white cotton, it features charming embroidered dots and a beautifully detailed lace trim.
This antique piece is in remarkably good condition for its age. I carefully covered two tiny pinholes with delicate lace appliqués, adding to its charm and making the repair almost seamless. The result is simply beautiful!
Super wearable today, this piece pairs effortlessly with modern or vintage looks. As shown in the photos, it was a bit snug on my mannequin (size large), so I recommend it for a size small to medium—but please check the measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

For reference, it was a bit small for the mannequin (pictured) that is a women’s size Large with the following measurements:
• Bust: 38.18” (97 cm)
• Waist: 31.10” (79 cm)
• Hips: 40.94” (104 cm)

Condition & Care
• Vintage and antique items have been previously loved, so small imperfections may exist.
• Hand-dyed pieces: Due to the nature of hand-dyeing, colors may not be perfectly even. Please wash these items delicately, preferably alone or with similar colors.
• Antique fabrics (pre-1930s): Delicate materials such as 1920s silk or Edwardian muslin require extra care. These fabrics can be fragile and should be worn loosely to prevent stress or tearing.
Things to Consider for Edwardian & Victorian Clothing:
• A marked XS piece may have medium-sized shoulders and hips but a tiny waist (corset-era sizing).
• Sleeves are often ¾ length, not full-length.
• Buttons may be mismatched due to age and previous repairs.
