Circa 1930s black silk velvet evening gown with dramatic tiered ruffle skirt and soft flutter sleeves. The gown features a romantic draped bodice and flowing bias-cut silhouette, characteristic of early 1930s couture.
Three antique velvet floral appliqués from the same era were hand-sewn to restore small imperfections near the waist, blending flawlessly into the original design — one hidden under the lower tier. The result is a breathtaking, authentic piece of Old Hollywood elegance, with rich texture and movement that captures the light beautifully.
