A breathtaking late 1930s tea-dyed satin gown in a soft champagne hue, featuring an ethereal embroidered illusion bodice, graceful shoulder ties, and a beautifully draped bias-cut silhouette that embodies the elegance of Old Hollywood glamour.
Carefully tea dyed by Lulu Boop Vintage to achieve its warm antique champagne tone, this one-of-a-kind gown has been thoughtfully preserved using exclusively authentic vintage materials. An antique velvet bow has been added at the center front, while two delicate antique lace appliqués—one on the front skirt and one at the back waist—have been carefully incorporated to discreetly conceal previous imperfections while remaining true to the garment’s original period character.
The embroidered sheer bodice, fluid satin skirt, and dramatic low back create a timeless silhouette that is equally beautiful as a bridal gown, boudoir piece, or collector’s treasure.
No fabric label remains. Based on its hand, drape, and finish, the fabric appears to be silk satin or a high-quality rayon satin.
