RETURN POLICY (VINTAGE)
When purchasing any of our VINTAGE & ANTIQUE clothing and accessories please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final for vintage. Please read measurements in each product page carefully before purchasing to ensure the item fits. You can determine your best fit by taking the measurements of a similar garment you already own and love.
48 HOUR EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICY
While all sales are considered final (pertaining mostly to vintage), we will take into consideration exchanges/store credit for items grossly misrepresented or a wrong item sent. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours delivered window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.
NOTE // Antique items, 1930s & older, are final sale due to the delicate state of these pieces.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Purchases made using a special promotion may be returned for store credit only minus a restock fee of 10%.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We highly suggest getting tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance especially if you are returning something from overseas. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LuluBoopVintage does not accept cancelled orders once the item is shipped.
All orders handled as an exchange/store credit will be charged with a 10% restock fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.
