Edwardian White Cotton & Lace Tea Dress (c. 1908–1914)
A genuine late Edwardian tea dress crafted in airy white cotton with exquisite lace-insertion work and a beautifully structured waist. The high lace yoke, delicate pintucks, and three-quarter lace cuffs are classic of the 1910 silhouette — elegant, feminine, and unmistakably Edwardian.
The skirt features rows of pintucks and lace panels, and I restored several tiny age flaws using authentic antique lace appliqués, all hand-sewn following period-appropriate techniques. There is also a vintage lace reinforcement at the hem — consistent with antique mending traditions and adding to the charm of this 110-year-old piece.
Still wonderfully wearable, soft, and romantic — perfect for collectors, cottagecore lovers, bridal styling, or anyone who cherishes true antique craftsmanship.

Condition - Care
• Vintage and antique items have been previously loved, so small imperfections may exist.
• Hand-dyed pieces: Due to the nature of hand-dyeing, colors may not be perfectly even. Please wash these items delicately, preferably alone or with similar colors.
• Antique fabrics (pre-1930s): Delicate materials such as 1920s silk or Edwardian muslin require extra care. These fabrics can be fragile and should be worn loosely to prevent stress or tearing.
Things to Consider for Edwardian & Victorian Clothing:
• A marked XS piece may have medium-sized shoulders and hips but a tiny waist (corset-era sizing).
• Sleeves are often ¾ length, not full-length.
• Buttons may be mismatched due to age and previous repairs.
