Welcome to Lulu Boop Vintage — a curated world of antique and vintage garments, thoughtfully preserved and reimagined to be worn again. Each piece is one of a kind, carrying its own past and ready to become part of yours.

A romantic vintage Christian Dior lingerie piece from the late 1970s to early 1980s, beautifully embodying the Edwardian-inspired revival silhouettes that defined this era.

Crafted in airy white cotton batiste, this piece features an exquisite lace and embroidered yoke, with delicate floral embroidery and lace insertions that create a soft interplay of texture and transparency. The neckline is finished with a fine ribbon tie, adding an intimate and feminine detail characteristic of luxury lingerie design.

The gently gathered bodice flows into a relaxed, ethereal silhouette, offering both comfort and elegance. The sleeves are adorned with layered lace panels and scalloped edges, echoing the romance of antique garments while remaining effortlessly wearable today.

This piece carries a Union Made ILGWU label, indicating it was produced in the United States under skilled garment workers during the late 1970s–early 1980s, a period known for high-quality lingerie manufacturing. Dior lingerie pieces of this kind were often retailed through prestigious department stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue( like this one) , reflecting their positioning within the luxury market of the time.

Originally intended as a nightgown, this piece translates beautifully into modern wear — styled as a dress, cinched at the waist, or worn loosely for an undone, romantic look.

Condition: Beautiful vintage condition with gentle signs of time. There are soft brownish discolorations to the fabric, consistent with age. These do not detract from the overall beauty and wearability of the piece.
