Be different. Wear UNIQUE, QUALITY items! Mix it up!

Welcome to Lulu Boop Vintage, where history meets style. Our curated collection breathes new life into vintage and antique clothing, allowing each piece to continue its story with you. We invite you to be a part of this journey—cherish these treasures, wear them with pride, and keep history alive.

A breathtaking Edwardian jacket from the early 1900s, entirely embellished by hand with Irish crochet lace, cutwork embroidery, and floral appliqués. Crafted in fine cotton lawn with intricate padded embroidery and handmade lace throughout. Features a high lace collar, delicately scalloped cuffs, and exquisite detailing across the front and back.

These garments were part of the high-society wardrobe — worn over silk corset covers or gowns — and symbolized refinement and luxury. Each detail tells the story of patience, artistry, and devotion to beauty, from the sculpted Edwardian silhouette to the network of lace and embroidery that dances across the fabric.

The small round buttons are decorative; the true closure is a series of original hook-and-eye fastenings, carefully hidden beneath the front placket — a hallmark of fine Edwardian tailoring. The back displays an extraordinary composition of lacework and embroidery, where every flower and scroll is stitched by hand — a true work of wearable art.

This piece remains wearable today, though it must be handled with care given its age of more than a century. Perfect styled modernly over a silk camisole or slip, paired with jeans or a flowing skirt — or treasured as a collector’s or museum piece. A museum-quality treasure that embodies the romance and craftsmanship of the Edwardian era.

I am including the silk belt. Vintage but not part of the original piece. Just think it looks cute with the cinched waist.

Vintage and antique clothing often differ from modern standardized sizes. Many were handmade for an individual, so sizing can vary. Instead of relying on a labeled size, compare the given measurements to a garment that fits you well. If you have any questions about fit, feel free to ask—I’m happy to help!

Condition - Care

Vintage and antique items have been previously loved, so small imperfections may exist.

Hand-dyed pieces: Due to the nature of hand-dyeing, colors may not be perfectly even. Please wash these items delicately, preferably alone or with similar colors.

Antique fabrics (pre-1930s): Delicate materials such as 1920s silk or Edwardian muslin require extra care. These fabrics can be fragile and should be worn loosely to prevent stress or tearing.

Things to Consider for Edwardian & Victorian Clothing:

A marked XS piece may have medium-sized shoulders and hips but a tiny waist (corset-era sizing).

Sleeves are often ¾ length, not full-length.

Buttons may be mismatched due to age and previous repairs.
