Description
This exquisite vintage satin slip dress has been carefully hand dyed, transforming its original pink tone into a soft, romantic champagne hue. The bodice features delicate lace cups in a muted grayish-taupe tone, creating a beautiful contrast against the luminous satin.
The hand-dyeing process gives each piece its own subtle variations in tone and depth, resulting in a naturally mottled, artisanal finish that enhances its vintage character. No two areas are exactly alike, making this a truly one-of-a-kind wearable heirloom.
Finished with a satin ribbon waist tie added by me for adjustable fit and styling versatility, this slip can be worn as elegant loungewear or styled as a statement piece for day or evening.

- Condition: Very good vintage condition with natural tonal variation from hand dyeing, consistent with the artisanal restoration process

Hips: 23” (9” from waist).
End Width: 34”
Total lenght from shoulder: 39 1/2” front- 40”back.
For your reference the mannequin is a women size Large and it’s measurements are:
Bust: 97 cm / 38.18 inches
Waist: 79 cm / 31.10 inches
Hips: 104 cm / 40.94 inches
It was a bit tight on the chest for the mannequin.
The model is a size Small and her Measurements are:
Bust: 85 cm / 33.46”
Waist: 71 cm / 27.95”
Hips: 90cm / 35.43”
High: 5.28 Feet

I sell Vintage and Antique Clothing and I would say anything before 30s should be treated with care and worn with care. Mostly these items will be fragile especially 20s silk or Edwardian very fine Muslin. Some can not handle stress and will tear easily. Should be bought a size bigger where possible or should be a little loose on.
