Antique Edwardian silk pantalettes dating to the early 1900s, exquisitely preserved with delicate embroidery and a wide filet lace trim. Crafted from lightweight silk rather than the more common cotton, these drawers represent a refined example of pre-WWI luxury lingerie.
Soft, fluid, and luminous, they feature a gently gathered waistband and full silhouette characteristic of Edwardian undergarments. The silk drapes beautifully and catches the light with a subtle antique sheen.
The hem is finished with intricate filet lace — a distinctive early lace style worked on a fine grid foundation, creating geometric floral motifs reminiscent of traditional net lace. This type of lace was widely used in high-quality lingerie and trousseau pieces of the period and adds both texture and historical authenticity.
