A rare and exquisitely feminine vintage silk slip dating to the late 1930s–1940s, crafted from pure silk in a soft peach blush tone and adorned with delicate antique lace.

This elegant step-in boudoir gown features a straight silhouette typical of wartime-era lingerie, with a wide lace yoke that drapes gently across the bust and shoulders. Hand-applied lace motifs cascade over the silk body, creating a romantic interplay of texture and translucency reminiscent of couture lingerie of the period.

Cut without closures, the piece was designed to be slipped on, allowing the silk to fall in a fluid column that skims the body. The matte glow of the silk, combined with the creamy lace, evokes the quiet luxury of a private dressing room or bridal trousseau from another era.
