An authentic Edwardian-era cotton lingerie dress dating to approximately 1915–1920.
This piece is crafted from fine semi-sheer cotton voile with a beautifully detailed crochet lace yoke featuring intricate floral motifs. The silhouette falls softly from the shoulders into a relaxed drop waist, finished with tiered panels and horizontal lace insertions along the lower
The hem is edged in delicate lace, giving the dress movement and softness worn.
The tone is a soft antique ivory, consistent with age. The dress remains in very good antique condition with strong lace integrity and no significant structural damage. As with most lingerie dresses of this era, it is semi-sheer and intended to be worn over a separate slip.
It may be styled loosely for an authentic Edwardian look, or gently belted for a more defined modern silhouette.I am incluidos the riñón. Beautiful as a garden party dress, summer heirloom piece, or alternative bridal look.
The dress remains in very good antique condition. One small area of wear along the side seam has been thoughtfully reinforced and covered with a delicate antique lace appliqué, preserving both the structure and the romantic character of the piece. The restoration blends seamlessly and is in keeping with the era.
